Refund and Substitution Policy
For a Full Refund of registration costs, a written notification of your cancellation must be received by March 15, 2023. A 50% refund of registration costs will be granted with written cancellation notice by March 31, 2023.
We regret there can be no refunds after March 31, 2023. Refunds will also not be given for failure to attend, late arrival, unattended events or early departure.
Substitutions will be honored for those wishing to replace another individual from your organization.

During registration, you will be asked your preference of buffets:
Ensenada: chicken tortilla soup, Caesar salad, tortilla chips/salsa, beef/chicken fajitas, rice, beans, tortillas, chef's choice dessert
The Sound: Caesar salad, roasted pork loin, herb-crusted chicken breast, garlic mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables, chef's choice dessert
